NanoGIANT spent a considerable part of 2009 seeking independent verification regarding the quality of their silica nano and microspheres.
Independent tests where performed repeatedly and exhaustively until we were satisfied that our processes were functional and to a high enough standard that we could then make available our particles to you and your customers. Verification was and is still ongoing to ensure continuing quality deliverables.
We also have an independent certificate of analysis performed and delivered to us from Particle Characterization Laboratories Inc.
NanoGIANT's Silica nanospheres are exceptionally spherical and monodisperse setting them apart from the competition. Historically, it has been show a number of times that production of silica nanospheres at this level of quality is possible. The difficulty is to replicate the process. Exceptionally monodisperse nanospheres are possible but until now have been prohibitavely expensive and difficult to produce in large quantities. NanoGIANT has now solved these issues and can provide very narrow spheres in bulk.
